These terms apply between you and Lommely. By creating an account you accept the terms.

1. The service

Lommely is a tool for families to track pocket money, chores, and payouts. The service is not a bank and does not hold real money.

2. Accounts and parental responsibility

Only adult parents/guardians may create parent accounts. You are responsible for information about children you create, including username and password. Children must not create their own parent accounts.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or post illegal content in notes or chore titles.

4. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

5. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts for misuse.

6. Governing law

Danish law applies.
